1. How do I view files within the PDF?

First, make sure you have downloaded the most recent version of Adobe Reader.  Click here to download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

Open the PDF file with Adobe Reader.  

In the left column of the screen, you will find a listing of all the files attached within the PDF file.  

Double-click on the desired file to open it. View and scroll through it as you would normally.

If the attachment list is not visible, click on the paperclip icon.

2. How do I print files within the PDF?

Open the PDF file in Adober Reader.

To print the score, go to File / Print.

To print one of the attached parts, go to the left column listing all attached files, select the file that you would like to print, then go to File / Print.

This will open your usual print settings so that you may print the files as you would normally.

3. How do I distribute parts to musicians via email?

Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader.  

In the left column listing all attached files, open the part that you would like to email, then go to File / Send File.

Select your preferred email service.  (Your file will then be included as an attachment in an email draft, so that you may add email recipients and a message as you would normally.)
